She is also certified by The Yoga School of Colorado as a Hatha Yoga/Meditation Instructor (1996) and is a published author of wellness articles such as “How to Model Mindfulness for Children” on websites such as MindBodyGreen. As a meditation practitioner of 30 years, Betsi incorporates deep breathing and mindfulness techniques into her traditional psychotherapy practice. Betsi works with individuals, couples and facilitates family treatment. Betsi also leads a weekly psychotherapy group for Bereavement which she specializes in.
