When someone comes to me for counseling, they often have had the experience of not feeling heard. I actively listen to my clients. I help my clients explore the systems they are a part of and look at the patterns that influence their behavior and decisions. I act as a guide, accompanying each client on a personal journey to reach goals that promote healing and help improve their lives.
